What is the condition of the books?

"Every book in your dispatch meets our **Worn Pages Condition Standard**: structurally sound binding, no missing pages, no heavy annotations or highlighter, and no water damage. Books may carry gentle signs of their history — a previous owner's name, tanned pages, or a soft crease — which we consider part of their character. We grade every book **Very Good or better** before it enters our archive."

Do you track which books I've already received?

Yes. Every member has a unique literary profile. We maintain a full dispatch history and never repeat a title in your subscription.

What if I don't connect with the books I receive?

Tell us. Every dispatch comes with a feedback card — rate each book and leave notes. Your ratings directly shape your next curation. After two dispatches, your profile is tuned to your taste, not our inventory.

When does my box ship?

Every dispatch leaves in the first week of the month. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your archive is sealed and handed to the carrier. If your box hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us and we'll make it right.

How does shipping work?

We send a tracking notification the day your box ships. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS. Every box is insured for its full replacement value. Standard shipping is included in all memberships.
