By entering The Worn Pages Club, you agree to the following terms that govern our journey together as curators and collectors.

1. The Curation Nature

The Worn Pages Club sources exclusively pre-loved, vintage, and antique books. You acknowledge that "pre-loved" condition includes aesthetic markers of history, such as gentle creases, tanned pages, or original owner inscriptions, which do not constitute defects.

While we guarantee structural integrity, we curate for character and soul. Specific titles expressed in "Interests" are used as a guide and are not guaranteed based on market availability.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Automatic Renewal: All memberships (3, 6, and 12-month terms) renew automatically at the end of their cycle unless cancelled.
Pricing: Displayed prices include standard shipping. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatches occur in the first week of every month. The Worn Pages Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier-specific issues, though we insure every shipment for its replacement value.

4. Returns & Replacements

Due to the bespoke and vintage nature of our curation, we do not accept returns. However, if a book arrives with significant structural damage (e.g., detached spine, water damage in transit), we will provide a replacement curation in your next dispatch.

5. Rare Find Hunt

Our "Rare Treasure Hunt" service is a search-and-find effort. We do not guarantee the discovery of specific titles, but will provide you with a sourcing quote if a match is unearned.
