Transparency is the cornerstone of our literary haven. At The Worn Pages Club, we are fully committed to ethical sourcing, sustainable circular-economy systems, and direct, clear communication with our global readers.
Every book included in your monthly dispatch is a pre-loved, vintage, or discarded library edition. We work directly with local Camarillo archives, community book drives, library sales, and private antiquarian collectors to rescue these treasures from structural waste and give them a second life. We believe that keeping books in circulation honors the trees that built them and the authors who wrote them.
We are a completely independent, privately-held curatorial club. We receive no financial sponsorships, marketing kickbacks, or promotional incentives from modern publishing houses or authors to feature specific titles. Our selections are purely guided by our curators' assessment of literary merit, physical aesthetics, and your registered preferences.
KnotStranded LLC (the owner of The Worn Pages Club) does not host affiliate marketing commissions or pay-per-click banners on this website. Our revenue is generated entirely from member subscription fees and standalone curated gift purchases.
Any book entering our archives that does not meet the "Worn Pages Condition Standard" (due to extreme binding damage or water damage) is never discarded. We donate these to local schools for artistic paper crafts, or send them to standard eco-friendly pulp recyclers. We pledge that zero books are ever sent to landfills.
