Cancellation & Easy Living Policy

At The Worn Pages Club, we believe in a philosophical concept we call "Easy Living." Your journey into literature should bring peace and expansion, not subscription frustration. We ensure managing, pausing, or canceling your subscription is as seamless as turning a well-loved page.

1. Pause, Skip, or Delay Anytime

Has your reading stack grown tall, or are you traveling? You do not need to cancel to catch up. From your Member Portal, you can dynamically pause or delay your next dispatch with a single click:

• Delay shipments for 1, 2, or 3 months.
• Billing automatically shifts to match your selected resume date.
• You can resume at any moment with the "Resume Immediately" button.

2. Standard Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time directly through the Stripe Customer Portal inside your Member Portal, or by writing to us at support@thewornpages.com. No retention loops, no hidden calls — just absolute respect for your choices.

3. Billing Cycles & Refunds

To keep the club sustainable and allow our antiquarian curators to procure and prep-stamp beautiful pre-loved editions in advance, please note our cycle details:

• Monthly & Multi-month Plans: Renewal billing occurs in the last week of the month. To cancel or skip without being billed for the subsequent month, please update your profile preferences 7 days before the next month's dispatch.
• Pre-paid Subscriptions: Pre-paid terms (e.g. 3 or 6-month plans) are heavily discounted and fully reserved for cashing in on curated collections. Cancellations of these terms stop subsequent auto-renewals, while remaining monthly boxes are shipped to completion.
